According to the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision yesterday, NO.
The court blocked a lawsuit filed by a Wisconsin group of atheists & agnostics against the head of the White House Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives (& seven other Bush administration officials).
The Wisconsin group contends that the Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives gives religious groups an unjust boost in their bid for federal funds.
