Teams made up of one chef, one media personality & one doctor will compete by creating gluten-free meals that will be judged by CNN’s Heidi Collins (who has celiac), a child with celiac & a prominent doctor. Guests will get to watch the teams cook as they sample gluten-free hors-d’oeuvres. There will be a silent auction & educational materials on celiac disease.
